The food was amazing but what really stood out to us was the service! Trinity was our server and she made us feel so special. She was so genuine and kind!! 10/10

Our drinks and appetizers came quickly, our steaks were perfect cooked and the service we received from June was excellent! We have high standards for dining out and Hemlock checked every box. Jonny was so so kind and intentional WOW! One of the best servers we have ever had hands down. Angela who was training with him was very kind and easy to chat with :) I didn’t catch the managers name (he had long hair) but he made sure we had a great experience and left happy! Went above and beyond. Great service and the food was delicious. My husband and I really value friendly and passionate staff and they truly nailed it in that department in addition to the well curated menu! Thank you guys for a lovely evening! We will be back :)

Some restaurants serve incredible food. Others create memories you'll tell for the rest of your life. Hemlock somehow did both. My husband and I don't often splurge on experiences like this, so we chose Hemlock for our second anniversary. Weeks later, we're STILL talking about it, and neither of us can remember ever having a dining experience that comes close. From the moment Tammy welcomed us, we felt celebrated, not just served. There were custom menus printed with "The Jenkins Family," a Polaroid to take home, personalized palate cleansers and after-dinner drinks (including alcohol-free versions for my husband), and a handwritten anniversary card. The attention to detail was extraordinary. And then there was Johnny. 😂 Our server was an absolute hoot—hilarious, attentive, and genuinely part of what made our night unforgettable. My husband wanted horseradish strong enough to make his eyes water, so Johnny found fresh horseradish and grated it tableside over his steak. But my favorite Johnny moment came with dessert. My husband took one look at the tiny spoon they gave him and said, "Come on, man... are you kidding me with this spoon?" Johnny looked at his giant hands: "I see those bear mitts. Hold on, Big Papa." He disappeared and returned with practically every size spoon he could find until they found one worthy of my husband's "bear mitts." 😂 That picture is getting framed. Then there's Summer and that baked potato. I'm an Idaho girl, so I take baked potatoes SERIOUSLY. My husband and I are both Idahoans and actually had Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head as our wedding cake toppers. So when I say Summer made what may be the best baked potato I've ever eaten, understand the weight of that statement! The tableside potato cart was an experience all its own—butters, velvety cheeses, huge bacon and toppings, all mixed right there. Since my husband and I like different things, Summer customized it so we each got exactly what we wanted. I told my husband he'd better get his bite before I stopped sharing. My only regret is not taking notes on what she put in it! And somehow, that's just ONE side dish. The steak and lobster were cooked to perfection. My husband was even raving about the scallions. The Brussels sprouts and mushrooms were incredible. We ordered far more than we could eat because we wanted to try everything, and happily left with some pretty spectacular leftovers. I've read Danny Meyer's Setting the Table and his thoughts on hospitality that goes far beyond simply serving great food. I've never eaten at a Michelin-starred restaurant—I'm just an Idaho girl—but throughout this dinner I kept thinking, if this isn't what world-class hospitality feels like, I don't know what is. The food was exceptional. That potato may haunt my dreams forever. 😂 But years from now, what we'll remember most is how the people at Hemlock made us feel. We'll remember Johnny and the "bear mitts." Summer and her potato cart. Tammy welcoming us. Our custom menu, Polaroid and handwritten card. We'll remember feeling like, for one evening, we'd walked into a casino and somehow won the food lottery. Hemlock didn't just give us an anniversary dinner. They gave us an anniversary memory we'll carry through our marriage. Thank you, Tammy, Johnny, Summer, and everyone behind the scenes for making two Idaho kids feel so incredibly celebrated. Hemlock was an amazing experience! We met some very nice people there, which made the visit even more memorable. The crepes and pancakes were both delicious, and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything about the visit was enjoyable, from the atmosphere to the people we met. I would definitely recommend Hemlock and look forward to coming back!

We had a great time and stellar service! The burger was phenomenal—literally an adult Happy Meal that made me feel like I had my life together. And the cocktail was dangerously delicious, meaning I couldn't taste the alcohol, which is a fantastic threat to my evening. Will definitely be back the second I'm in town again!

We had a lovely dinner with excellent service (thank you Camren). The food was great. Not a big fan of their $40.00 potato as it wasn’t amazing (and wasn’t even a big potato/and we aren’t big eaters). My Caesar salad was delicious (don’t get it grilled), husband loved his wedge. Filet was pretty good as was our dessert. Not liking getting charged for bleu cheese olives in my husband’s martini (it wasn’t much of a charge/but never experienced that before!); very odd. Will we go back, yes … but may just do the bar. With all this said, the staff is outstanding!
