TownePlace Suites by Marriott Canfield

This is one of the best TownePlace suites I've ever stayed at. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Plenty of parking, all sorts of things to eat nearby, there's a grocery store next door if you need it. The elevators work well. It's big and open and airy and I'll definitely be back.

My wife and I come to Canfield several times a year and need to stay at a hotel that treats us as friends. This location is great for us to visit family! Our recent experience was the first time in this hotel. We usually would stay in the Courtyard but it was booked. The staff including Emmy, Dev and Kourtney made us feel welcomed for the week of the Canfield Fair! We will be coming to Canfield for Christmas this year and will stay here! We had room 301 and it met all of our needs !

Great hotel clean and comfortable. Matt the manager is very responsive to keeping the property in excellent condition. Breakfast was impressive and good, would highly recommend if in the area.

One of the nicest TownPlace Suites/ Springhill Suites we have been to. Very spacious, clean, modern looking, comfortable beds and pillows. Large lobby with a fantastic complementary breakfast. Several different food choices and beverages. All staff were professional and very friendly. Especially front desk staff named Emmy.

Checked in for 2 day stay, daughter wedding at Kensington. Place seemed nice, requested 1st floor rooms, arrived at 4pm for check in, no rooms clean and available. Was told give them 1/2 hour, returned at 5, still no rooms clean. Was told they were short on housekeeping help.Took a room 2nd floor, bathroom had finger prints on mirror, popcorn on floor next to bed, refrigerator had 1/2 empty bottle of water dripping from fridge onto floor. Bottom of fridge dirty with some kind of white stuff on it, microwave dirty. Was called by Jason, the supervisor, did apologize and offered to clean it up. Already took care of it. If you’re thinking about staying just be prepared.

TownePlace Suites in Canfield provided a great stay. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast selection was nice. The friendly staff made the experience even better. The blackout curtains were a nice touch for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the guest laundry is a useful amenity (though I didn’t use it on my stay). I will definitely be returning next time I'm traveling through Ohio.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days in April of this year. We are currently in a long distance relationship and We each drive over 4 hours a piece see each other as often as possible and this is the halfway point for both of us. The location is perfect. The staff is amazing! The rooms are amazing! It's neat and tidy. It's cozy and comfort. There is a small kitchenette so you can cook whenever you like . We are getting married in 3 years and this place allows for us to see what it would be like as husband and wife! It is literally the perfect spot for us.

A new location and very fancy! Everyone there is amazing

This is a newer hotel, so it's in really great shape and very clean. New amenities and everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for all the little things we needed - extra towels, toothpaste, getting locked out of the room, etc. Shoutout to Martha for going above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in for us on a very busy day - it was very much appreciated as it helped our travel plans and fatigue tremendously. My only comment was we were placed here from a block transfer at the Residence Inn. I had booked a king studio with a pull-out bed. This room had a sofa, but it did not pull out as a bed. The couch was a little small to accommodate a person above the age of 10 but I realize this was likely not the hotel's fault.

Extremely nice. Might be one the best hotels I’ve stayed at and I travel 200 days a year.
