Kevin was helpful and explained the reason for the video contact when checking in. It is convenient. No wait time.
It does what you need it to do, which is to have a place to sleep in Norfolk for cheap. However, there was a massive cockroach in the lobby, and it's obvious the rooms have seen better days and are superficially cleaned (see pictures). The check-in process is via a video platform with a gentleman in India named Kevin. He's doing a great job, and I was fine with the check-in process, but be prepared to have your ID scanned and to use a touchscreen. The motel is located right next to a Wawa and is located a little in from the highway. This could be great for someone traveling cheaply, but would not be the best for someone looking for luxury. Use your own discretion.
Came to this location after leaving another local hotel. The staff were accommodating and worked with me and my situation. The rooms are in the process of being updated and unfortunately, I did not get an updated room. Older rooms have very outdated furniture but the bathroom was clean. Most of the linens were clean, but duvet covers could be cleaner. For an overnight stay, it’s get the job done. Looking forward to seeing this location full renovated.

Getting checked in was very easy, Kevin was super nice and helpful, the room is also very nice as well, highly recommend!
