Caracole

Caracole is Greater Cincinnati's oldest and largest HIV/AIDS service organization, founded in 1987 as the region's first HIV housing agency. Based on Hamilton Avenue in Northside, it provides HIV prevention and free STI/HIV testing, PrEP access, supportive housing, a pharmacy, and case management for people living with and at risk of HIV. It is a central pillar of the city's LGBTQ+ health and social-services network.
