Stayed here for only 6 hours during a long drive just to rest and sleep. Paid $80 for the room plus a $100 security deposit that was supposed to be refunded within 10 days. After waiting the full period and calling them myself, they suddenly claimed the “sheets were dirty” and kept the entire deposit. This feels extremely dishonest. Dirty sheets after a normal stay are part of regular housekeeping, not “damage.” No proof, no photos, no proper explanation — just an excuse to keep the deposit. I barely even used the room and left it in normal condition. If this is how they treat customers, imagine what can happen to anyone else. Be very careful before staying here because they may look for reasons to keep your money after checkout. Would not recommend this place to anyone, even at a discount.

The room was disgusting except for the bathroom which was mostly redone. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Not a good location. I wouldn't let my daughter leave the room without me. No breakfast

Room smells old and dirty. Within 1 hour of being here we killed multiple roaches.

We went here for the Sonic Temple Festival we get here have to deposit 100$ bull then we walk in the smell is indescribable from how bad it is bathrooms shitty we killed 2 bugs in the span of an hour just a very shitty spot do not recommend

I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with the overall condition. The bathroom was in unacceptable shape—the shower walls were peeling, the bathtub was stained and worn, and the sink had visible spots that made it feel unhygienic. This clearly reflects poor maintenance and a lack of proper cleaning. In addition, there was no elevator, which meant carrying luggage up the stairs myself. This was very inconvenient and should have been clearly communicated in advance. Because of the poor condition, I felt uncomfortable staying and requested to cancel my reservation, assuming that other rooms would be in similar condition. However, the hotel refused to provide a refund, which made the experience even more frustrating. This was not just a minor issue—the property felt neglected and far below basic standards. Even for a budget hotel, cleanliness, maintenance, and basic accessibility should not be compromised. I would strongly discourage others from staying here unless significant improvements are made.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay and get some rest and this was perfect. The receptionist is really kind and helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s a good place to spend the night unless you’re here for a luxury vacation🤷🏻‍♀️ I can’t speak for other people in the comments but… I did have a good experience here!

Run. I would not stay there with my wife I would leave I would not even care if they did not refund me. Worst red roof ever No elevator

Would give a 0 rating if I could. This place is a dump. They switched our rooms 3 times putting us on different floors i might add dur le to bed bugs. They are infested with them we finally just left and had to book another hotel. Now they will not refund our money. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! On top of the bed bugs the staff was very rude and you couldn't understand half of what they said in the first place. You would be better off sleeping in your car!
