Horrible management. I purchased a shirt and was told they could hold my current shirt for me. When I went back three days later to pick it up, it was missing. I returned three separate times to check, and multiple employees confirmed they had seen the bag with my name on it, yet it somehow disappeared. While the staff I spoke with were kind and tried to help, there was no real accountability from management. Speaking with the manager she offered only 15% off, doesn’t come close to making up for the inconvenience. Not worth it.

Needed a few basics for work and found them easily here. Store was tidy, sizes were available, and checkout was quick.

Gil at Package Menswear saved me with a perfect last-minute anniversary gift. He wrapped it beautifully, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend asking for Gil!

As I walked in, I was greeted by the sales man & was asked what I was looking for. My goal here was to try on as many different pieces as I could to get an idea of what I wanted and come back another day to purchase. The salesman never minded and even helped me with getting certain pieces on. As a trans man, I was a little hesitant to undress and get his opinion on how certain pieces looked but he never made me uncomfortable despite my visible scars! After helping, he left my side for me to check myself out and checked in with me to ask how I felt about the pieces. He explained the different types of products available and was very knowledgeable. He even informed me about the different events they have as well and told me about the discounts they offer at those events. Their prices are a little high for certain leather products but for a local store & business, it is to be expected! Definitely coming back!
