A very quiet hotel with a casino!

Very clean

Went to the casino area was really nice. Small and nice

Saw a concert there..horrible not enough seats. Had to stand the entire time Plenty of room, no one offered to get more chairs. Would never go back to see a event there. Took forever to get drinks, super chatty bartenders. Ran out of product. How ? Over all not a great.

What an experience it was coming here! My mother and I were playing high card poker when the big boss, Eddie, approached us. He informed us that we couldn’t speak Spanish on the table due to security reasons. I asked why, since we weren’t sharing numbers. He explained that it was a Mount Airy policy, which they didn’t have any sign posted about. He stated that no one was allowed to speak any language on the table except English. To add to the incident, there were some guys around the table sharing their cards in English, and nothing was said to them. I felt discriminated against because Eddie told me I couldn’t speak Spanish while allowing others to break the rules by speaking English. It was quite frustrating. We called out to the head manager, Bill, because they asked us to leave when I got upset. However, Bill didn’t show any interest in hearing our side. He simply stated that it was a Mount Airy policy and that was it. He didn’t care what we had to say. He even went so far as to say, “I can tell why this argument started by talking to you guys,” which I found unprofessional. As a result of this incident, I will never return to this casino. It was embarrassing for my entire family, and we were escorted out by security. So, be aware of the language you speak on the table, or you might end up in a similar situation.

Vacation to remember. Beautiful plce. Pool house is nice. Everything was good. Guy Fieri's restaurant and Bistecca were gr8.
