Sazón y Fuego

Food was actually bad. I don't think anyone involved with this restaurant knows the first thing about Latin food. This is a sad and crude imitation only fooling those who have never had the real thing, alas.

Excellent food and ambience. Newburgh's hidden gem. The Picanha cooked over charcoal is amazing.

Unique menu. Great service and and ambience. We like to take guests there.

We came here for the chicharonnes they are delicious. Play also had another appetizer and split the Fuego Burger. All of the food was absolutely delicious and the service is exceptional but they are pricey

My fiance and I came here a few weekends ago for one of our coveted date nights and left with one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in this area. Astrid, our waitress, was impeccable she had the best wine recommendations and was very sweet and knowledgeable. The lighting was romantic and warm, the decor was interesting to look at and on theme. We felt very *classy* dining in here. Though it has been a few weeks since our visit we have talked about our dishes we had at least a dozen times since then. The Lomo Saltado was delicious beyond belief we couldn't believe the symphony of flavors we experienced from that dish. The yucca fries with the sauce were also amazing and though I didn't think it was something I would like I very much so did. 10/10 place definitely recommend for anyone's next date night

Weak

My wife and I went on a Friday evening for the first time. Our waitress was great and very knowledgeable about the dishes. We tried the Braised Beef Asados Arepas and the Braised Beef Empanadas for appetizers. Both were excellent. For entrees, I had the 12oz Prime Ribeye and my wife had the Whole Branzino. They were both incredible, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The potato croquettes that come with the steak are rich, creamy, and have a perfect crunch on the exterior, and the seafood sauce the Branzino is placed over is heavenly. We can't wait to go back!

Exceptional food and atmosphere. The coconut shrimp ceviche, the mixed grill for two, finished with chocolate gelato was outstanding for my fiancé and I. We are still reminiscing the flavors! 10/10.

I love this place. Very inviting and the food is so wonderful. The coconut ceviche is my favorite thing so far! Also good steak! Autumn has been my server both times and is very attentive and personable. She also was able to offer great suggestions and answers any questions I have.

I chose this restaurant during a visit to Evansville, IN for a convention. I ordered the Steak Cachapas. It was amazing. An awesome experience for the taste buds. I text a friend while I was there. She arrived later that evening with her husband and they both agreed the food was wonderful. We will definitely go back in the future.

Amazing experience. Went there for an anniversary
