I had an amazing experience with Luna the front desk gal. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Great customer service like hers makes a huge difference, and I truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality.

Huge shoutout to Krystal for being so patient, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. She handled so many customers at once but still managed to keep a smile on her face and give amazing customer service to everyone. You can really tell she cares about people and loves what she does. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free, and I truly appreciate how respectful and helpful she was the entire time. Also, the rooms were absolutely beautiful, very clean, cozy, and well put together. The beds were so soft and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. Everything honestly exceeded my expectations. From the customer service to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, I would give this place a 100000/10 without hesitation. There are a lot of problems with this place, especially with the plumbing and other issues, but I have at least had a respectable experience from a few employees in particular. Several rooms have flooded, a dresser fell over on my leg which should have been attached to the wall, and the elevator works when it wants to. All I do know is the employees themselves aren't the ones responsible for these conditions and when asked they will attempt to resolve an issue, although sometimes it has just been asking for a plunger and them not having one. Update: I have booked here several times and every time there is some insane issue. There's no "maintainence" staff and things flood, they will assign you to rooms that aren't even clean, then to another where a cabinet is falling off the wall. The amount of time it takes to get even a plunger where my toilet clogged by urine alone was enough time that it was no longer urine that was the problem. It appears that this is an OSHA training ground that dictates every violation possible, then on top of it you come up with new things that didn't even exist yet. I forgot how bad this place was an booked it last second because it was cheap and I only needed a couple nights. The "Manager" remembered that I complained and said I was banned and on their list. What was amusing about this is that the name was misspelled on the reservation. The claim was I disturbed other guests, which simply was not true. I asked for proof, a time or date and what I did as no one said anything to me. I was never told I was banned, spoken with, or notified. They refused the booking when I showed up, proved nothing, denied me my prepaid reservation, wouldn't identify themselves even by first name and then wouldn't refund the money they had been paid already. He then threatened to call the cops, which is probably why the police are there about 4 times a day. Who knows what he tells them, but I am sure most of it is just nonsense. I told him to do it, because he is also refusing to give my money back. That's theft over some made up claim. There is a reason that this place doesn't have many staying there. It is simply a dump. I am going to request their safety records and compare, we will see. All of the fire safety was outdated or not inspected in due time when I was there.

Overall, the stay was worth the money. However, a major issue for me was the lack of sound insulation between my room and the one above. The neighbor didn’t sleep for two nights, and neither did I—it felt like elephants were living upstairs. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have alternative options at a similar price.

Staff is wonderful, rooms are clean, and its a great place for an extended stay.

Luca checked me in she has an amazing attitude and is very friendly. I needed help today and she was able to help me out. I want to give her a big shout out... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HONEY..... I have worked in the hospitality business front desk at a motel you deal with some not so nice people. Keep your head up your doing a wonderful job.

Avoid: Luca, was very unprofessional and rubbed me off as kind of racist towards me as an Hispanic. Made promises that she didn't keep.

Lucabella & Lucrecia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These two young ladies have top-notch customer service. While staying within company policy and the regulations of this property, they were able to help me resolve an issue with a third-party booking. Well, remaining professional and empathetic to the situation at hand I was checked into my room comfortably with no further issues. This review is about staff only!!!

Luca and Lucrecia was very nice and helpful. 10/10 service give em a raise
