Appalachian Equality Chorus

The Appalachian Equality Chorus is Knoxville's LGBTQ+ and allied community chorus, based downtown on Gay Street. The group brings queer singers and supporters together for rehearsals and public performances, using choral music to build community and visibility across East Tennessee. It is one of several volunteer-driven organizations that anchor Knoxville's LGBTQ+ cultural scene alongside Knox Pride.
