Eastern Sierra Pride

Eastern Sierra Pride is a volunteer-run LGBTQ+ nonprofit covering Mono and Inyo counties in California, based in Bishop with regular activity in Mammoth Lakes. Its main event is the Eastern Sierra Pride Festival in Mammoth Lakes each June, and through the year it runs community gatherings, including a regular shared meal in Mammoth Lakes. There are no gay bars in the Eastern Sierra, so this group is the main way to meet the local queer community. Check easternsierrapride.org for the festival date and the current event calendar before you travel.
