Hamilton Creek is a Metro Parks recreation area on Percy Priest Lake, used by boaters, cyclists and families, and cruising directories including Splashd name it. Tennessee has no law against being gay, but TCA 39-13-511 makes exposing yourself in a public place an offence: a Class B misdemeanor at base, a felony with two or more prior convictions. Metro Parks police say they run plain-clothes operations in city parks, and a 2018 WKRN report covered stings and citations elsewhere in the system. Nashville has no bathhouse, so if you want somewhere legal to meet men, use the Church Street bars or an app in a private space. Don't go alone, and leave valuables behind.
