DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! The noise from the heating system is UNBEARABLE. It sounds like something is banging on the pipes ALL night long, and it's impossible to sleep. After a sleepless night, we complained at reception, where the receptionist told us it was the heating, even though we didn't have the heating on and there's no central heating in the rooms. I firmly believe the noise was from RATS in the walls. I suffered from this in my house many years ago, and the sound was the same, only at night. This happens in every room. We spoke with girls from another room, and they told us they had to buy earplugs. The receptionist lied to our faces, telling us that no one had ever complained about this. Since reception wasn't helping us and was lying to us, we asked for a refund for the unused nights and went to another hotel. Other things: -The sheets had a lot of hair on them and were stained. -Only one medium-sized towel per person. -Includes a kitchen but hardly any dishes, no paper towels, no sponge, no dish soap. -The window can't be opened. -Very little space. -The elevator is very slow. If you want to sleep, don't book here. Go anywhere else!

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!!!! I made a reservation for my family to stay at this hotel for Christmas. Due to personal reasons, I had to cancel and later realized the reservation had a no-cancellation policy. I called the hotel to see if there was anything they could do. They told me they would make an exception and refund the original charge if I rebooked the room. Following their instructions, I made a new reservation and was charged again. Then they told me I needed to cancel and rebook once more because the reservation “wasn’t right.” I did exactly what they asked, even though this hotel has a “strict no-cancellation policy”. They then said they would give me “one last chance.” Shortly after, they called me and spoke extremely rudely, saying, “You have two hours to fix this mistake, starting now.” Once again, I rebooked the reservation at their request. After all of that, they messaged me saying that the Silva family was no longer welcome and that they were “not comfortable” hosting us. I understand that I should have read the cancellation policy more carefully. However, that was not the main issue. The real problem was the lack of professionalism, unclear instructions, constant changes, no real help, and extremely rude communication. What could have been resolved easily turned into a stressful and upsetting experience for my family and I. If they had easily said that they couldn’t do anything about it at first (no refund, nor anything) I would have went on with my day, sad about the money I lost but a lot of time and energy would have been saved. I’ve never had issues with hotels before, but this experience genuinely took my peace. Never again!

Great hotel. Not extra clean (comforters and curtains had small stains), but so well located at a good price!

First, I should mention that for the price of the rooms at this hotel, you're unlikely to find many with private bathrooms in the area. That said, I'm talking about the room we were given, number 502. It was very small for four people; there was no space to leave our luggage, and the kitchenette had just enough for breakfast at most. And the noise from the heating was unbearable. The best thing about it was undoubtedly the location and the fact that we could leave our luggage there to make the most of our last day. Everyone can decide for themselves.

Everything was great, the communication with the staff was excellent; if you asked for a change of towels, toilet paper, or soap, everything was taken care of the next day. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the subway on 34th Street, which allowed you to travel in every direction. Hassle-free luggage storage was available for free. I recommend it.

Great location. The rooms are small and dirty, but the worst part was that a smoke detector went off every 60 seconds or so all night. The only employee in the hotel in the middle of the night is a security guard who could do nothing. Zero sleep.

The room was in terrible condition. When we arrived, we immediately noticed several strands of hair on the linens—even though we hadn’t even occupied the bed yet—which clearly showed it hadn’t been cleaned. The pillows had yellow stains, and the bathroom had mold with a strong mildew odor. To make matters worse, we saw roaches crawling near the sink. We ended up leaving the room at 1 a.m. because we couldn’t even stay for a full night in these terrible conditions. When we went to drop off the keys at the front desk, the staff member on duty had bloodshot red eyes. After we explained everything that had happened, he didn’t ask any questions or seem concerned—he just continued scrolling on his phone. I reached out to the hotel afterward and was told they are still deciding on what to do, but I haven’t heard back from them since.

Relative to the price and location, the hotel is fine In the heart of Manhattan, 5 minutes walk from the Empire State Building And 10 minutes from Times Square The rooms are neat and suitable for families Not luxurious but enough for those who come to the city to travel
