The shower leaked so badly, there was a puddle covering the entire bathroom floor with every shower taken. We had booked a three night stay and plans needed to change. We notified them more than 24 hours in advance that we needed to leave a day early, they would not accommodate this. They said we needed to tell them 48 hours before our first night to change the reservation in any way. This is such a small hotel, word of mouth goes a long way. We come to Half Moon Bay often and they could have earned future business. We will never stay here again and will let everyone else know to choose another hotel.

We arrived and checked in around 3:30 on a motorcycle around 6:00 I went to the office and ask if there was an issue with the heat cuz there was no heat was informed that they had called maintenance and they had no heat in the hotel and I said well is there anything we can do partial refund they asked me to leave the property
Room was dirty, clump of hair in shower and hairs all over the wall and floor. It also came to a surprise that they don't allow any pets.
Nice clean room, little pricey. Walking distance from the pier and restaurants.
