The Hermosa Inn

⸻ I recently stayed at The Hermosa Inn and it was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had—especially given the price point and reputation. The service was consistently below par, with staff showing a lack of professionalism and urgency that you simply don’t expect from a high-end property. Requests were either ignored, delayed, or handled with little care. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for basic service. My interaction with Tamara in particular stood out for all the wrong reasons. The attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, and there was no effort to resolve concerns or provide even a minimal level of hospitality. It set the tone for the entire stay. For a place that markets itself as luxury, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. At this level, service should be polished, attentive, and guest-focused—this was the complete opposite. I would not recommend staying here until there are serious improvements in both staff training and overall service standards.

Beautiful grounds and delicious food. Great for small to medium size venues specially weddings or engagement.

Delicious brunch! We had the shrimp tacos and the Mexican bowl. Their service was great and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing.
