Residence Inn St. Paul Downtown

Residence Inn St. Paul Downtown opened in December 2018 at 200 Grand Ave, where downtown meets the West Seventh neighbourhood. All 100 suites have kitchens, there's an indoor pool, and pets are allowed, so it works well for a longer stay. It rates about 4.5 on Google from over 300 reviews. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue. St Paul's one dedicated queer bar, the Black Hart, is on University Ave in the Midway, about 15 minutes west on the Green Line.
