Great location on the river with plenty to see walking distance. Leland was very helpful in assisting me retrieve items from my car in valet twice with the upmost kindness. Tavares was kind and helpful upon departure, offering to help put my bags away

Rooms are so dirty, valet is a nightmare, took 30 minutes to bring luggage up to our room, and way too expensive only bc it’s on the river but we don’t have river views. To me the level of filth in the rooms is mind blowing and we’re switching up hotel tomorrow bc of it. Keeping rooms clean should be the easiest thing for a hotel tomorrow bc accomplish

It was in a really good location near the river with access to a lot of good shops. Are valet Jack was on the spot with our car and made our lives easier with his speedy service.

Old hotel, rooms with old furniture, gray carpeting that makes the rooms look sad, old lamps, valet parking a disaster!

Love love love! Location is unbeatable. Walk out of the doors and you’re in the middle of the action. BUT there was no noise. The hotel lobby smells great and is large and airy. I was very pleasantly surprised, especially after reading some negative reviews here. There was an error with my room and. I was switched to the new room the next day but I was compensated wonderfully and easily by front desk staff. They were so apologetic and warm that it was impossible to be angry. It was irritating to have to pack up again but, again, they were so nice and worked to make things as easy as possible in a difficult situation. The rooms are meh. They do need to be updated but they are clean and nice. The river view feels like it’s directly over the river. So beautiful. We loved seeing the big cargo ships go by right out of our windows. Only one washcloth given in both rooms we were in, which was weird. Parkin is $50/night. That said, will likely stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, but! We arrived at 7 pm, but the room wasn't ready yet. We were told to wait no more than 10 minutes for them to check the room. I think they were just finishing cleaning at that time because the toilet seat was wet. There were hair remnants in the sink, a piece of paper from a toilet seat pad on the floor, and the doors were covered in grime and grease. There were three towels and two bottles of water for four people. The positives were the view from the room, the location, and the blackout curtains. An additional negative is that it's very loud. You can hear both the hallway and your neighbors. But the main thing is the alarm clock, which started ringing in the room at 5 am and repeated three times. We couldn't get a good night's sleep. Parking is $50 (the standard price for Valet parking), and there's a public parking garage across the street for $20 per night.

We come here at least twice a year, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the bartenders are fantastic, and the rooms are consistently clean. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to coming back.
