The worst hotel experience I've ever had. My friend who booked and paid for the room was running late. The front desk attendant would not let us come inside in freezing weather or use the restroom while we waited for 25 min and was totally unapologetic. The room, it's depressing, small, and ugly.

The hotel is cheap which is nice, staff was also nice. I do not believe they have free breakfast. I read they did, but did not hear anything about it when checking in. Nor did I see an area that looked like it could serve breakfast. Just wanted others to know. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything the people upstairs are doing.

Stayed here for one night after landing late in Seattle. I honestly don´t understand the mixed reviews, as this is one of the best motels I stayed in. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The noise level is surprisingly ok for a motel right by the street. There´s sufficient parking, check-in and -out are straightforward, and the free breakfast (coffee, pastries, bananas) was simple but sufficient. I deduct one star because, unfortunately, the WiFI didn´t work during my stay. However, they should urgently add an additional staff. One lady was running the entire motel and even drove the airport shuttle herself. As a result, naturally, it sometimes took some time to find someone at reception, the phone wasn´t answered, etc. I wasn´t in a rush and saw that it was only her, so it was fine for me that things took a little longer. If I needed assistance urgently, things would be different though.

My wife found this hotel expecting it to be decent. It was through an online site. They definitely made it seem better on that sight. Free breakfast (ended up being a danish, banana, and coffee) Hotel room was a disaster. Needs a major update/clean up. I highly recommend finding something else. Look at the photos. Water damage, holes, mold, and just dirty. Chemicals on the floor after cleaning.

Great experience and great value for price. Basic but was half the price of others. On the shuttle to/from airport I was with people who were returning guests. 2 groups had stayed there at least 3 times and raved about it. I am giving 4 stars because it was clean and the staff is so friendly. Only deducting 1 because the building is dated with some signs of wear - chipped veneer on furniture, older fixtures. Everything works and is clean. You have what you need but it is basic. Staff was super friendly and kind. It seemed liked they enjoyed working there. They do move your car around. While you are gone they put the cars in side lot with fence. The space they park in Tetris style actually looks secure. People can’t just wander in and the cars are so close together. It would be hard for someone off the street to get to your car. There were other cars way more expensive than mine there. There wasn’t a place to eat close by but several on route home. I didn’t have the breakfast. Will use again for airport.

It's a 3 star hotel. But cleanliness, reception, Parking services are, for a 3 star property excellent so 5 star. Has refrigerator and microwave.

The hotel is a dump, but the reason I cancelled my reservation when I arrived is because they demanded my car keys for the 10 days being gone. So they wanted me to leave my BMW so anyone could have access to it and drive it? It gets better they wanted me to sign that they were not responsible for any damages or theft from the car. If it was not so ridiculous it would be funny. We left did some research found a very nice hotel down the road at 4 point Sheraton. We parked at UVP parking and I kept my keys!

The sheets looked dirty. The ice machine didn't work. If you request a late check out they will give you an extra hour but charge you $30 for it. Definitely will spend a little more for something cleaner and with ice available on the property.

Airport Parking review: They need you to give them a key to your car when you park here. Very weird and I dont feel safe doing so. Additionally, their airport pickup service people never pick up. We parked here once and our friend did once and both times we had to take a cab from the airport.

avoid this place like the plague. Every booking website they use has a different time when their shuttle cuts off. Some say 24 hours, some say 5 AM, but they actually STOP shuttle service at midnight and then they’ll gripe at you if you say your flight it’s in at 11p but God forbid you get bumped to your flight delay you’re screwed. You have to get a Uber or a cab which completely defeats the purpose of off airport parking.

NOT a reliable parking and shuttle service. Make sure you have hours to wait.

Bare bones, but inexpensive. Rooms are clean and maintained. Staff is very friendly. I've stayed here for a few months now, and been very happy with the place. Don't expect much else. No coffee maker or mints on the bed. Bare bones, but perfect, for me at least!
