Very comfortable
5/5 Stars - Exceptional Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn. The property is clean, comfortable, and convenient, but the staff truly makes it stand out. A special thank you to Kayla at the reception desk! She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional from the moment I checked in. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure I had everything needed for a perfect stay. Her warm attitude sets a high standard for customer service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The sheets and towels were hard. I do not believe the chemicals are properly rinsed out. I ended up with a severe allergic reaction, including facial swelling and rash. I talked to the front desk and asked to switch rooms and was denied very rudely by Pritika. I asked for new bedding in hopes that it would be better Pritika became even more rude and could care less about my situation. It was a good thing it was my 3rd night because otherwise the answer would be no. I was also denied a late check out by Ashanti because on a Monday night they “needed all of their rooms”. I asked to speak to a manager but apparently there is no manager on site. I had to leave my daughter’s softball game to come get my stuff because if I didn’t get out by 12:30 they would charge me. That is a quote. The customer service at this location is the worst you could imagine. I once again had another awful encounter with Pritika as I was trying to explain to Ashanti that if they didn’t need my room till 1 and other guests got an extended checkout why shouldn’t I? I am an honors member and stay at Hilton properties multiple times per month. I will be contacting Hilton corporate, but after this awful experience me and my whole team and families will likely will start staying at other name brand properties. They need some customer service training quick. This is not Hilton standard.
Odd self parking fees for Tracy. Will likely need updating soon. CJ at the front desk was phenomenal helping me merge two separate reservations so I wouldn’t need to change rooms when I decided to come a day early.
