The Minerva Suite was very run down for the price. The walls had mold and cracks, the TV had a bad speaker, the water was very low and the shower temperature was impossible to adjust (it came out either boiling hot or freezing cold), the bed sheets were stained and hairy, the jacuzzi was dirty, full of hair and had no water power at all, the whirlpool only made noise, and the "foam" soap looked like normal soap because it didn't foam at all, although it could have been due to the jacuzzi's pressure.

Terrible stay from the moment we arrived at reception. It was nothing like the photos; the entire floor was in terrible condition, the walls were broken and covered in mold, and the cleanliness was awful! There were cobwebs everywhere, the TV speakers were blown out—it was disappointing. The remote control batteries were dead, and when we checked them, they were chewed. We demanded new batteries, and the maid claimed it was just because of the decoder's packaging, but it was definitely the batteries. The attitude of the person who answered the WhatsApp messages was completely unpleasant. Once you've made a deposit, I wouldn't return. Five minutes after our checkout time, they kicked us out—zero flexibility. I had to pay extra for the late check-out since the hot water didn't work in the morning. It was truly awful!

The Minerva room was in poor condition: the floor was cracked, the walls were broken, and they sent a video of the jacuzzi in operation, but it didn't match the room. Management insisted we speak to them immediately because they needed to rest, meaning there was no reception in case of any problems. We could hear everything from the rooms next door. In the morning, the hot water pressure was low. We had to wait for the person in the next room to finish before we could get hot water. 😖 The curtains were too short, leaving the entire bathroom wet and smelling musty. The service was terrible for the price of the hostel; you expect to relax and have a pleasant stay, but it was a complete disappointment.

One of the most beautiful things is that wonderful rustic wood; I was delighted. I would go back and recommend it every time someone asks me about a cabin near Concepción.

The rooms are so cozy and the decor is lovely, I absolutely loved it! There's a supermarket nearby and you can order food from local restaurants to have it delivered right to your door. A wonderful experience with my partner and we hope to return someday. Best regards.

Everything was excellent! From the facilities, the rooms, the jacuzzi, the service, and the attention 😉 It's a great place to relax or just spend some quality time with someone 😉 They have great support via WhatsApp and Instagram, well organized, as well as the on-site service staff 👌🏼 Totally recommended since the rooms are very nice and cozy.

A very nice place, the pools are very clean, the grills and other areas are all very clean and tidy. The service is also very friendly; they're always improving and outdoing themselves. I once suggested they consider installing Wi-Fi, as the signal isn't very good there, and the next time I went, they already had it. Details like that are something a customer really appreciates!
