A Memorable Stay at Dusit Thani, Dubai 🇦🇪 - August 2025 (the review is a little overdue) The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service which was very useful 🚍 We had a Burj Khalifa view from our room window, which was beautiful to wake up to every morning 🤩 (picture attached) On arrival we received a warm welcome by Akshay 😄 He kindly explained where the hotel restaurants and pool were located and gave us the keys to our room. Housekeeping Anu and Nituiu provided us with great service ✨ The breakfast at 24th Street was delicious including foods from all difficult cultures around the world. The staff were all very friendly. Special shoutouts to Sahil, Yan, Leena and Shernaz 🩷 We even received a sweet goodbye treat (picture attached) The service at Makira was also lovely. Special shoutouts to Mohnaz and Ashak for the fine, prompt service 👌 All the bellmen were great help, informing when the hotel bus arrived outside. A shoutout to Veer and Shak when leaving. The only disappointment was when checking out, we were charged with a bill?! This was for the crisp and drinks in the room that we thought were complementary and any extra orders were charged. This was not explained when checking in or when ordering. It wasn’t a pleasant departure from Dusit Thani. Even so, the overall stay at Dusit Thani, Dubai was nice :) Would recommend 👍

I absolutely love the location of this hotel. It sits in a perfect corner spot just before Downtown Dubai starts, giving you a front-row seat to the city while staying slightly away from the chaos. Rooftop & Fitness Perks- A major hidden gem is the backside of the rooftop, where they have padel courts. The top floor of the main building also houses excellent fitness rooms. For wellness lovers, the yoga and sound healing classes are very nice. The coaches are amazing and completely drain all the negativity away after a long day. Dining & Rooms- The 24th Street restaurant is a must-visit for Asian food lovers, offering a great selection of appetizers, seafood and grilled items. The rooms are spotless and clean. If you book the multi-bedroom apartments, they have been beautifully renovated with a modern design overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Outstanding Service- The staff truly represents the spirit of hospitality. A huge thank you to the rooftop pool team -Jose, Sha, Jeron, Navraj, and Thanuwan, who go out of their way with drinks, towels and genuine smiles. Even during difficult, anxious days in the city, the managers were incredibly patient, kind and reassuring, ensuring everyone felt completely safe. Transport- While the hotel is opposite the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, it is not easily walkable. Taking a taxi can sometimes be slow due to traffic, so I highly recommend using the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, the services were excellent, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. I only faced a small issue that I couldn’t reduce the ac temperature less than 21 c and when I called the hotel manager she confirmed me that this is the standard temperature in this hotel, so if you sleep in cold temperatures like me this hotel not for you. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Mohammed, the Egyptian gentleman at the reception. He was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. He assigned me a very nice room and made the check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. His excellent customer service is truly appreciated.
