Nothing special. The location isn't exactly "Living the City." It's okay for the price, though rather old-fashioned. But I couldn't even get a glass of water when I asked for it.

Basic rooms with a basic breakfast. The atmosphere takes some getting used to and isn't very inviting.

Not the newest hotel, but everything was clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate. Recommended.

I think the hotel and its furnishings are in dire need of renovation and don't appear particularly well-maintained. The only positive aspect is the quiet location, which is suitable for relaxation. However, the hotel is also very far from the city center – too far for us. Overall, our stay was not satisfactory.

The dingy charm of the 70s – I don't know how this dump managed to get such comparatively good reviews on the internal booking portal. Never again. A full ashtray greeted me on the balcony...

Strange area

I stayed at the acora Bonn Living the City Hotel and was rather disappointed overall. The living area of ​​the room was clean, and the room itself was generally okay. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The bathroom wasn't clean upon arrival. There were long hairs on the floor, and the toilet also appeared uncleaned. This isn't a minor issue; it's simply unacceptable. What's particularly frustrating is that nothing was done to rectify the situation after my complaint at reception. When even suggestions are ignored, it clearly indicates a problem with the service. In short: the room was okay, the bathroom cleanliness was inadequate, and the service was poor. I won't be staying there again.
