Hotel 1920.

Very cute boutique hotel with elaborate designed rooms, good breakfast in a neighbouring cafe and very friendly service. A few downs tho: the breakfast has a set of like 7?/8? fixed meals like omelette, croque madam etc. In case you are mot a fan of any of these - no breakfast for you. And you have to pay for anything other than coffee. We wanted juice, 5€ for two. Not sure if more than one coffee included, but the dude who makes these knows what he s doing. One of the best coffees outside of italy/vietnam I ve ever gotten. The whole city has exceptionally good coffee tho. The issues with the AC have been reported before. Be aware - especially during summer. We had rain, so it was ok. But if it s roasting you outside and one has no AC - could be really nasty. 4,0/5 very pleasant stay, good location, friendly but with some acceptable downsides. At least in off season when the heat is not brutal

The location was ideal—central yet quiet, with convenient access to many of Podgorica’s highlights. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of local and international options. The service throughout our stay was attentive and warm. In short, Hotel 1920 exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Podgorica looking for a refined and memorable experience.

Avoid this nightmare of a hotel – the worst experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff were unfriendly and clearly didn’t care about guests. We had paid for a reserved parking spot in advance, but when we got there, the hotel had given it to someone else. They made no effort to fix the situation and told us to park further away, assuring us it was fine. The next day, when we tried to use our car, the hotel owner himself came at us aggressively, yelling and verbally attacking us for parking in a spot that had been “agreed upon” by the hotel staff the day before. He was hostile, arrogant, and honestly quite scary. We were completely shocked by how unprofessional and threatening the whole situation became. Do not stay at this hotel. They break agreements, mistreat guests, and clearly have zero respect for the people who stay there. It ruined our time in Montenegro and left us feeling unsafe and angry. Absolutely not recommended.

Really nice small hotel in a great location of Podgorica. Although the hotel is small, the rooms are spacious, stylishly decorated and come with everything a guest could need, pretty luxurious overall. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is provided by an adjoined coffee shop (Fabrika) and guests can choose from a limited selection of their menu for inclusive rate. The coffee there is great and even the limited breakfast options are very good. Overall very happy experience

The hotel is very modern and stylish. I think it’s the best hotel you can stay in at Podgorica. Has all the amenities you need, and the inclusive breakfast at the cafe downstairs is delicious!
