Most comfortable bed we had out of all the places we stayed and the AC ran the best as well, as we like it very cool to sleep. Very clean room. Includes a free breakfast. Definitely worth the stay.

The staff was nice. The location was right off the freeway, despite being in a run down area of town. The room needed alot of repair and maintenance. The ceiling had signs of mold on it, the bathroom door handle was falling apart and missing multiple screws. Shower door was missing a seal around it, water would leak out if shower head wasn't pointed towards the wall. No lights next to the bed, only on the desk next to the TV. The TV was newer, but remote didn't always work. Sheets were on the bed backwards, the tags were towards the pillows. The floors appeared to be vacuumed and cleaned, but not near the walls or corners. This was in the hotel rooms, elevator, and public areas. The ice machine was located on the first floor next to the breakfast area. It looked like there used to be an ice machine on every floor, but had since been removed. Breakfast was basic, no rotation of hot foods (different food by the day). The fruit was also subpar.

Great friendly staff, that lady Beth is amazing doing a ton of work not sitting on her hands at all! The room smelled clean when we went in, shower was clean no hair, beds made nicely and ac was already set to 74 so we weren't dying walking in which was nice. Clean fridge and microwave. Would stay again. Chose since close to the airport

I stayed here recently for a work trip, and everyone on the staff was really pleasant and helpful. Sabrina was lovely when she checked me in, very efficient, and kind and helpful when I'd accidentally left my medication in the room when I was checking out. I didn't partake of the free breakfast because I work late and sleep late, but Sabrina made sure I knew about it on check-in, which was very helpful.

Very clean and friendly facility. Staff really goes out of thrir way to make you comfortable.

Instant code violation. No ventilation in the bathroom exhaust fan is broken.

At first glance, the property exterior and lobby, as well as the room, seemed nice. Front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Bedding and pillows good; beds not so much. Need replacing. Bathroom appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned beyond the sink/toilet/shower. There were dark brown stains of something splattered all over the wall in the vanity area which should either have been cleaned/removed or painted over. The baseboards in the toilet/shower area were dirty - not stained, just plain dirty. During my stay, while not the fault of the hotel, rooms were given to a large group of primarily adolescents who ran up and down the hall, banging doors, yelling, etc. for hours until I called front desk (after asking them myself to please quiet down and reminding them others were occupying the hotel). Noise resumed the next morning about 7:30 a.m. Suggest not to rent to groups with lots of children unless they are kept confined perhaps to the first floor and then let others nearby know that noise could be a problem. Probably won't stay here again.

I have a good experience in this place, Hotel was nice clean and affordable but the people at the front desk were wonderful made my night better, thanks.

My last stay experience with Sleep in Columbia SC.They don't have Wifi Internet service at all .

Shower was ok but leaked water all over the floor as door didnt close.
