Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake by IHG

I've stayed at this location before. I had a shipment that was sent recently to the hotel and my trip was cancelled. Cathy went above and beyond to assist and ensure that the package was sent to UPS and delivered back to my office.

Amazing stay and the gym is well equiped!

This is a newer hotel in very in very nice shape. All areas are clean and fresh. The room has some nice ways of accommodating things like luggage by having hooks and a platform for unloading and storing luggage and there are materials like a pen, paper, information brochures, and a direct TV guide to help make your stay enjoyable. Bed, pillows and linens are all of good quality and the bed is very comfortable. No noise was heard from the freeway, which is a little ways off. Guest relations staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight! Very nice selection of options including something I’ve not seen before, a pancake maker, which produced very tasty pancakes. Highly recommended.

Everyone at the front desk and the housekeepers were so kind and helpful, going the extra mile! Liza was very helpful and offered to carry up an extra blanket to our room when she saw we had our hands full. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is brand new and very clean. The pool is huge and warm. The breakfast had options like gluten free muffins for those allergy sensitive. Wonderful stay!
