The refrigerator in the room constantly makes loud noises. Every five minutes, it goes off, which gave me nightmares and eventually woke me up early in the morning. Then, to make matters worse, an alarm set by the previous guest also went off at 6 AM. My sleep was completely ruined.

It is a good option for the price range in that area. Location is good. Still I can’t understand they serve breakfast with plastic cutlery. Please add a dish washer and serve with silverware. The amount of plastic going to the landfill is enormous every day. Please don’t serve breakfast with plastic forks, knives and spoon anymore. That’s the reason I don’t give 5 stars.

The rooms were nice and clean and we had a quiet stay. Large 55 inch TV. The pool was nice but would have really liked a hot tub. Most of the staff did not speak English but were still friendly. The hot breakfast is always a win for our family.

UPDATE MAY 11, 2026 -- A DOUBLE BOOKING HAPPENED APRIL 28, 2026 on their end -- and I was initially forced to pay for both rooms . . a complete booking nightmare. Somehow weeks afterward all was cleared, and I don't know how. Was it my Best Western membership or the hard workmanship and care of the owner? All I do know is I am now *completely* relieved and grateful for their correction of that booking nightmare. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE still holds: ROOM - 10 out of 10 SAFETY (for a single woman) - 8 out of 10 THE ROOM ITSELF : Adore mine which was NOT carpeted (yippee), had a huge closet with hangers and full length mirror, even a stand to open for your luggage, and a good sized fridge, TV, Wi-Fi.... EXTREMELY CLEAN !!! I had forgotten my bed bug spray and was horrified, but this place had me relieved... HIGH END : The hardwood floors, bed RAISED off floor with metal posts, beautiful white sheets, towels folded to look like flowers, nice dispensers in bathtub area filled with soap and shampoo / conditioner, a blow dryer . . and they even offer razors among other necessities free if you need. THE BEDS : As noted raised off the floor. Beautiful white linens. No bed bugs (my greatest nightmare sleeping in hotels).... In fact for the first time ever when I returned to my home the very next night I was actually wishing I was back in this Best Western's bed!!! They're so incredibly soft, SHEETS are spotless and fresh smelling, PILLOWS sooo soft and luscious... HEATING // AIR CONDITIONING: Excellent and quick. GYM : Woooe very nice. POOL : Looks fantastic but unheated, and was closed when I visited DEC 2025 due to broken filter. . they said could take another month or two. THE VIEW : Sadly mine was of the gym, 3 feet away. . . I recommend asking for a room with a view if you want one. PARKING LOT : Huge and you can park right next to your front door for most rooms. FREE BREAKFAST : I didn't try because I was capitalizing on their sleep-in feature where you don't have to be out until 11 am ... With those beautiful beds I slept to 10 am as my Christmas break!!!!! REASON FOR SAFETY SCORE : For some reason for years now whenever I go to hotels with doors open to the outside, men start circling like I'm an available woman -- not the fact that I'm simply visiting my mom. . This has always upset me, and so I chose this place which appeared to be in a very nice area. But once again some other guys living in the complex immeduately started circling my door talking about me. They eventually disappeared. Next time I'll tell management and leave a note here on how it's handled. That aside -- What a beautiful place ! The only thing I avoided was the couch-chair in my room; everything was so spotless except for that so wasn't sure about it ...

Breakfast, I think in santa clara or sunnyville.I've stayed everywhere. The beds aren't bad and you get Netflix with the T. V too, you have to use your own account. Good coffee you know, for during the week for contractors, it's the best.

Came here for a one night stay. Below is what we found, 1. WIFI is in good speed, 120Mbps on fast.com 2. Breakfast is the best for about 10 BW we have lodged. Besides regular BW breakfast, they serve muffin burgers and hotdogs. Their cheese omelette is very tasty. Banana is fresh. 3. Guests quality is good. Most we saw are for business trips. 4. The room is next to Lincoln Street but it's not as busy as we thought. Windows have good sound proof. Fairly quiet. 5. Split HAVC is quiet. There is no that loud noise like low end motels. Something we don't like, Fridge (or electric cooler) makes certain noise. It's bothering during sleep. Overall this is a good BW. We will come back for sure.
