Great stay at Heaven Hotel Kigali. Well located, comfortable, and the standout was the service. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. The food at the Heaven restaurant was excellent too. Good breakfast, great drinks, and especially good desserts. Rooms were very clean with nice amenities, good WiFi, fridge, tv, Netflix etc. Only slight downside was some road noise if the window was left open, but overall a really enjoyable stay.

Truly one of the best hotels we ever stayed. Very relaxing, clean, comfortable and quiet, absolutely amazing customer experience. Many thanks to all the staff for making this experience memorable.

My stay at the Heaven Hotel in Kigali, Rwanda was exceptional. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the swimming pool is clean and refreshing, and the customer service is amazing. I stayed here for one night upon arriving into Rwanda. The hotel is centrally located in a very nice part of the city. The pool really is amazing, and the customer service in unlike anywhere else. I highly recommend staying at the Heaven Hotel in Kigali if you’re visiting the area.
