We recently stayed at the Surrey Hills Crown Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The level of customer service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making our stay special. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise and made our visit even more memorable. A special mention must go to the bar staff, who were outstanding. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a relaxing experience were truly appreciated. They made us feel valued and completely at ease throughout our visit. The entire team at the hotel should be commended for their hospitality. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority, and that shines through in every interaction. Thank you to everyone at the Surrey Hills Crown Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

The room was ok. Really just a bed and shower. Could not leave my overnight bag so had to lug around Sydney. Late check in early checkout made this inconsistent. Also food not available Bistro closed until further notice not good on a Monday night. A lot of food outlets closed slim pickings. Didn't find this anything to write home about.
