PR system is out in terms of whatsapp. No one has learned how to handle inquiries. No wonder there are many reviews out. On whatsapp, they have already asked if they accept professional therapists for part-time. Then they ask for details. Then they answer "will be considered" and then there is no update for almost a month. If you already know you don't want to hire a therapist, don't ask for someone's details as if you want to hire someone ("considered"). It's better to be honest and say, "for now, there is no one" than to be rude. They have already asked for details and people's IC numbers. It can be abused (you can report & sue people, this privacy is marinated for a long time, it becomes sour) you know, don't ask for details until you get to someone's IC. That's why they say, PR system is out, handle inquiries out. Red flag is crazy.

Went for the Tuah ritual package (massage / scrub / bath) and was attended to by Donny. His massage skill was fairly good, with appropriate pressure levels applied at different parts of the body. Felt relaxed during the entire session and rejuvenated post-experience.

This is a very clean massage shop, with highly skilled masseuses, and highly recommended. There are many types of massages, and the prices are reasonable. The interior of the shop is stylish and has a nice atmosphere. I was served tea before the massage and cookies and tea after the massage. The masseuse is very careful with his work. After the oil massage, he wipes me down with a hot towel and a dry towel, which feels really good. The massage wasn't too strong, just right for me. I highly recommend this great massage place.

This is not my first visit, but this experience was absolutely terrible! The quality has seriously declined. Do NOT book with Ahmad! It felt like a complete scam; there was no real massage experience. The therapist applied slow, light pressure and seemed completely uninterested in working. To make matters worse, he left the room twice during the session! I feel like my time and money were completely wasted. Avoid this place at all costs!

Try all means to avoid this place! They don’t take you seriously! I booked a few days ago and when I came they said they missed my booking! Trust me, DO NOT COME!

Came into this spa a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I was assigned to a young therapist which I couldn’t remember his name. The pressure and skills were horrible. It just felt like rubbing on the skin. I’m guessing he is new or inexperienced. His massage focuses more on the legs and back. Most of the massages are done in supine position only. Doesn’t cover much on the abdomen and shoulder. There was a short head massage, but it just felt like scratching on the scalp, not a proper head a massage. Plus, the urut batin therapy felt mediocre. It was a brief massage that lasted less than 5 minutes. The massage was only done in supine position and focuses on the perineum and pubic bone area. Most places that offer urut batin massage will do in both supine and prone position and focus on lower abdomen, pubic bone, perineum, and the genital itself. I’m guessing the therapist either felt uncomfortable to do so or he lacks experience. Really wasted more than RM 200 for a really bad massage. It’s not cheap you know. I wish I could tell in person but didn’t have the heart to. The only good part is their customer service and communication skills, which was great.

Decent massage but they arrived very late to pick me up downstairs by at least 25 minutes late. Which ruined the whole experience of relaxation. Somehow their internal team was not good at communication. It wasn't really the masseuse fault, but the management. - this was back in 2023
