The hotel provided a comfortable stay. The staff was really nice, especially P’Nuke, who went out of the way to help me to translate some messages for me to Thai. I am deeply appreciative of her efforts and her empathy as she helped me with a problem that I have. I hope the management can recognise the amazing hospitality and level of empathy provided by your staff, because an amazing staff member is certainly always an asset to a company, especially in the hospitality industry. Jack arranged the shuttle service for us proactively and service of the staffs are very good as well.

What a nice stay here with the family! The hotel follows a super nice styling with a cool 80s themed elevator right now in June 2026 😀 Rooms very well structures and spacious (Twin bed room), breakfast with a large variety to choose from. The gym and the pool area have a good size if you want to have some in between splash or a workout. We have to mention the very professional and so kind staff here: they try to read from your eyes and immediately will sort any kind of question at the comfort of the guests. Jack and Jo at the reception are such nice, always smiling persons: They helped us with every aspect and gave on top good recommendations for commuting and all around our stay

The value and care this hotel offers is something I’ve never experienced The high level comfort, the food, the service especially from K.Pick will be why I will return here as my home away from in Bangkok

We stayed here for a couple of days and were overwhelmed by the friendly people who are working in the Hotel!! The breakfast is a dream and also the room is very nice and clean. I also can recommend the food at the pool bar and the restaurant on the Rooftop! Very delicious a little bit pricy for Thailand but we got some vouchers for our stay and used them! Also very nice spot in Bangkok to explore the City. I would come back here for my Next stay!

The staff, Fern, JR, and Pae, at the dinner restaurant on Wednesday provided excellent service. They were attentive to every detail. 10/10!

The seafood vibe is fantastic. The staff very kind and good maner( Especially K.Fern , K.Jr , K.View). The price and the food are too good .

Lady at the pool bar has an attitude, other than that, place is fantastic! Door boys are the best ive experienced.
