The spa is clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. The service is good, exactly as expected, with a clear process and a comfortable experience. The price is reasonable for the quality. I will return when I have the chance.

The space is extremely spacious, the scent is wonderful, the service areas are excellent, especially the spacious sauna, steam bath, and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and always enthusiastic in assisting customers using the services.

A very green massage parlor

Nam Spa is very professional; I’ve come here many times in the past several years! The masseurs are excellently educated and the setting is calming. Of all the massage services in HCMC, this one seems to require masseurs to provide a full 60- or 90-minute massage experience. Other spas do not provide the marketed time (i.e., 60-min is only 45-min treatment), and that practice feels dishonest. Nam Spa provides the FULL time for which one pays and does a very good job making me feel limber and rejuvenated. Thank you.

Went twice and had 2 very different experiences with 2 different masseurs. Neither were bad but I wish the product was a bit more standardised. I’m not talking about skill level necessarily, as I’m sure they will have different experiences. I would suggest that they could also at least smile with the customer, somehow both were very cold (no smile or acknowledgement) at the start. On the other hand, receptionists were very lovely. The massages themselves were decent. I like the concept of the place, and it is clearly well thought out and a lot of care has been put into it. I will visit again next time.
