Clubhotel Götzens

The hotel is showing its age, but it has served its purpose.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less... I absolutely don't recommend this place. The rooms stink, the walls are dirty, and if you call to complain, they give you a rude response. I'm sorry, but it was a terrible experience, never again.

The room was very modernly furnished. Very centrally located.

Quiet location, arrived on December 5, very cold, seems abandoned. Very run-down, they didn't clean our room and left the window open, so it was very cold at night. For breakfast, we had to go to another hotel 150 meters away. It doesn't have a pool (we had to go to the other hotel for that too), and the pool water was cold. The radiators were cold, so showers were quick because the room was cold. Only two bars of soap, never again.

Basic room. No extra pillows or blankets. The room was on low heat, and the bathroom radiator didn't work. The floor tiles were all loose, making it a tripping hazard. Fortunately, the room was clean. Not recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is part of the Hotel Edelweiss complex, located just around the corner. Guests can use the hotel's sauna and swimming pool. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything. The low star rating is completely unjustified and may be due to outdated reviews.
