Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Disaster, the name better is stayaway Instead of getaway The studio’s have a sofa bed - so no real bed for 2 guests No airconditioning available Pub in front so loud music till 4am every day - weekends even worse No reception / party people and students book this place Furniture is worn out & bathroom not well cleaned (mold everywhere ) No real Nespresso coffee machine available No diswasher available Nothing provided from extra’s Elevator always broken / out of service & you hear the noice from guests above you
It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. They never cleaned my room, and I found hairs in my bed that weren't mine. The service was terrible; there was almost never anyone at the front desk. It was also very expensive.

Zero empathy for a technical booking error – Leaving a family stranded "I am writing this to warn other travelers about the absolute lack of flexibility and professional ethics at Getaway Studios Leuven. I made a booking (No. B_52921340) for May 10th-11th, but due to a technical glitch on the platform, it was processed for May 9th. I contacted the hotel immediately after receiving the confirmation to fix this obvious error. Despite providing proof and explaining that I won't even be in Leuven on the 9th, the hotel’s management flatly refused to help or move the dates. It is shameful that a hotel prefers to charge for a night that won't be used rather than providing a solution to a customer traveling with a child. They are hiding behind the 'non-refundable' policy to profit from a technical error. Total lack of customer service. If you want a place that treats you like a human being and not just a credit card number, look elsewhere in Leuven."
Exceptional location, right in the center of Leuven, close to everything. Pleasant accommodation with some very interesting amenities, such as an iron. Attentive staff. The online check-in system is a bit confusing and could be improved. It was worth it, I recommend it.
Good apartment in the city center. With self-catering facilities. Great location. 2 key cards per room, that's nice. The single bed is fine. But the double bed, which is a sofa bed, is terrible. It creaks, is sagging, and you lie in a hollow. It is impossible to sleep on this bed. It makes a lot of noise with even the slightest movement. Because you lie in a hollow, it is difficult to get out of it. Getaway would do well to replace/renovate this. This is unacceptable.
