what a dump - from the outside you look like u will be murdered. The elevator is screeching non stop and can be heard throughout the hotel - and they dont care. The rooms are worn and old - the chairs are ripped - DONT STAY HERE - it is a dump

We stayed here for 2 nights for the Leuven Marathon. Great spot in the city center. You could quickly reach the restaurants within a few minutes' walk. That was really nice after running 42km. We had breakfast at Nosh the next morning. Highly recommended! Delicious bagels and pancakes. Otherwise, the accommodation and room are fine. Nice shower and a small kitchenette for preparing your own meals. The single bed was comfortable. But the double sofa bed wasn't very good. You sink into a huge hollow, and it creaks and groans everywhere.

Worst bed I've ever slept in. Incredibly hot while heating was off. No coffee machine. No curtains on one side of the apartment. And lack of information about leaving the parking garage on Sunday due to the marathon. And don't be fooled by their reaction below this email (if they respond)

Good location, nice service. But mattress are too soft and uncomfortable. Bedding is very cheap and uncomfortable to sleep.

Poor service, rooms are not well equipped (practically no plugs and the bathroom definitely needs renewal), when we arrived to a room for 3 only one of the beds was prepared. Rooms are central but very noisy.

I wouldn't recommend the hotel. We had only problems with the room and nobody could help us. The bed would fold out and because of that we could sleep together my boyfriend and I like it was supposed to be. Room was smelling cigarette. After calling we got a person that couldn't help us and asked to called the next day for a possible refund. We called the next day and that person couldn't help neither and asked to called in the afternoon. After a really bad night sleeping on a to small bed (because the other one wouldn't deploy) and calling a lot of times we finally got the "manager" that's asked us to send an email instead of calling. After that horrible night and the endless calling we only got reimbursement of 5€ nothing comparing to our bad night with lot of problems and no person that could solve it...

Perfectly adequate for a short stay. Room showed a little wear and tear but comfortable and quiet. Location was excellent. Only slight problem, it took a while to get hold of someone to let me in to the main building when I arrived at 5pm.

We stayed for three nights and couldn't sleep because of the bar across the street. It was 3 a.m. and there were people partying and drunk (Cafe Marengo). The accommodation told us to call the police, as they wouldn't take responsibility. They also didn't have any rooms available to move to another street. Quite disappointed that we couldn't sleep 😞

We booked the quadruple room. If we had had to use the sofa bed, none of us would have been able to sleep. The bed sagged and made loud creaking noises with every movement. This bed was old and no longer suitable for use.
