We are satisfied; even though it got late, we received a warm welcome. The food was fine and more than enough for the two of us.

On September 9, 2022, I booked a weekend in June 2023 through BP Expedia. Today I received a message that they were canceling it because it was fully booked. Reading further, it seems this isn't the first time this has happened. Very unfortunate.

First and foremost, we received a very poor welcome. The owner didn't greet us but immediately pointed out our work shoes. "We have to take them off immediately, otherwise our carpets will get dirty." Then we were each assigned a room. I was unlucky and was in room 5... worst experience ever. The toilet is literally next to the bed? You have to shield yourself with shower curtains... I've never experienced this before! Last night, one of my colleagues was woken up at 10:30 PM because there was a problem with the toilet in his room... For the price of a room, the breakfast should be a bit better. Bread and Nutella... I won't be going back.

An excellent choice when traveling to other countries.

Stylish rooms, very nice manager, but paid a bit too much for what was offered.

Several months ago, we booked two rooms at this hotel via booking.com to stay overnight after an event at the Werchter festival grounds. Today—two weeks before our planned stay—I received a notification that our reservation had been cancelled (without any further explanation as to why). Upon contacting the accommodation, I was informed that they were already fully booked and therefore would not accept our booking. When I pointed out that the booking dated back 4 months and that this explanation made no sense whatsoever, I was told that they could cancel whenever they wanted and did not have to provide any justification for it. Now, naturally, I cannot find a room anywhere for that date. Absolutely appalling!!!

The room was clean, admittedly, but the washcloth was used and not changed. The windows faced the street, with cars and trucks passing by all night. To top it all off, breakfast cost €12, with moldy butter and questionable cold cuts. Never again!

It's okay 1 restaurant on the road, Chinese. No footpath available. So either bike or car; bus every 2 hours, so not an option. No entertainment on the road. Leuven not far....
