AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! DO NOT BOOK THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this establishment. The services were simply unacceptable (torn curtains, worn-out sofa, dishwasher with stagnant water, leaky shower faucet, no water, no cell service, and so on). It's just shameful and bordering on theft. The rooms were in a state of disrepair. It's a disgrace!!!

We were charged twice by mistake, and both the hotel and Booking.com are refusing a refund. Now they're saying we didn't give them enough notice to cancel (which is a lie; we have the emails). Like I said, a cheap place run by very unprofessional people.

Outrageous! This hotel charged us twice for the same stay and refuses to refund us, claiming the payments were made by two different people. I strongly advise travelers against booking with this hotel, which refuses all communication and is clearly acting in bad faith. I suspect they must be facing serious financial difficulties to treat their customers this way.

i had the opportunity to visit all 4 B-aparthotels in Brussels. every property has good location. Either you want to stay to the city center or EU area. accommodations are spacious and clean, despite their no daily cleaning policy. they may have no reception but there is always someone available. for the check in instructions we needed to double check our emails as it was hidden in our spam. all was very good and we have enjoyed our stay! tottaly recommend. i will come back hopefully soon!

Traveling with young children. We have four rooms booked for five days (rooms 33, 34, 35, and 36), and today, the first day, we have no hot water in the showers. The manager, who lives in the same building, hasn't offered a solution, and neither has the emergency number. Terrible service; we will have to leave this aparthotel. Not recommended.

The place was very dirty; it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. The floor was filthy, the mattresses were covered in hair, and the sofa was covered in stains.

Stayed in a room meant to sleep three adults. We were provided a double bed and a cot. The cot was too short for any of us to sleep on comfortably, I am 5'7 and my ankles were off the mattress. Duvet on the double bed was unbearably lumpy. Rest of the room was fine but not high quality. Chairs torn up, the single seater couch was broken and leaned to one side if you sat on it. Soundproofing is non-existent. For the price, the quality is not there. The only good thing to say is that the bathroom was clean and the location is great. Other than that, not very nice.

Rooms look better in the picture than when you get there... we choose it because we need a separate room for the baby cot and it has a kitchenette, which is good for cooking something fast for the kid but the chairs and sofa are stained and it looks like the furniture needs a remodel, has a modern feel but pretty damaged. Overall location is good, family friendly but for 125 €/night I expected better quality.

Furniture and equipment is very old, bath not heated, appartment pretty dirty. Also, very noisy as you can hear your neighbors as well as the underground passing by. Price is cracy.
