An absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is magnificent, very well maintained, and ideally located. But what truly makes all the difference is the staff… exceptionally kind, always smiling, attentive, and caring from beginning to end. We immediately felt at ease, like we were at home, with that little something extra that made the experience unforgettable. Thank you for your warm welcome; we will gladly return!

The room ist very cold and the AC isn’t working. Everywhere was dirt and hair in the beginning.

No response to the problems that arose. We stayed for a week in September. The apartment is spacious and has 70s-80s decor. A very unpleasant problem that arose was a strong, stale tobacco smell permeating the entire room. Although we contacted management by phone on the first day (there is no reception staff in the building) to request a room change, they kept giving us the runaround, saying they would forward our complaint to the managers, and the problem was never resolved. Another problem we had was with breakfast. The apartments offer a breakfast service provided by a nearby café. The issue, which they don't mention when including it, is that the café doesn't open on Saturdays or Sundays until 9:00 AM. Therefore, we didn't have breakfast those two days, as we had activities in the city center at that time. Although we also complained about not being able to have breakfast, we received no response. Today (a month later), we called again for an update, and the response was similar to the previous one. They forwarded our complaint. In short, I absolutely DO NOT recommend this accommodation. If any problems arise, you will receive no solution.

The apartments are strategically located; practically right outside the building, the Montgomery subway station is right outside, taking you directly to the city center. The apartment was split-level, with the bedroom upstairs and the sofa bed downstairs. Ideal for families, it was equipped with everything you need for cooking. The biggest drawback was the lack of cleanliness.

My first apartment smelt so bad I hardly slept. My second apartment was dirty, sticky, grubby and mainly broken. Will not stay here again.

I booked through Booking.com and didn't receive the access code despite repeated requests. I recommend booking directly through the hotel website, which guarantees efficient service. The property needs to be updated and cleaned better.

Good location, large rooms, friendly service, and an iron. There was no information on Booking.com that breakfast wasn't available until 8 a.m. (at a very nice cafe); the power socket next to the bed didn't work; the apartment could use some updating and a toilet in the bathroom.
