KABKIS Varna (free HIV testing)

The KABKIS office at the Regional Health Inspectorate (RZI) in Varna offers free, anonymous testing and counselling for HIV under the national KABKIS programme. It is in the RZI building at Bregalnitsa Street 3, room 501, north of the centre near the Palace of Culture and Sports. A Ministry of Health list gives the opening days as Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 09:00, but the closing time isn't published, so call the RZI switchboard (+359 52 665 200) before you go. You don't need ID or a referral.
