Natura Spa

We were very satisfied, except that we always had to make appointments.

Lovely indoor spa within a hotel. We went at 11.30 and it wasn't too busy. The pool and the hot tub are both warm and they have other rooms too. They also have pool floats for anyone who needs them ready to use by the pool. It's nice and clean!

I started my 2025 peaceful in Natura Spa Had a good relaxing time, I really enjoyed my time. Was the most happy with sound room, and I used the opportunity to go to my fear to use floating in the salted water. I was so anxious but I did it, it was a good feeling to forget everything. If you are looking for peacefulness, I recommend this place.

Small spa, nice staff. As a hotel guest, it was perfect.

See Trip Advisor for more honest reviews! This is our second day in Reykjavik and we wanted a relaxing evening, after walking around the city all day. Unfortunately the Sky Lagoon was booked. We made reservations for here online (did not call for them). Apparently we should have known that they “host groups on Saturday”? It was incredibly NOISY! Not only were the people loud, but the locker room showers echoed into the whole area. The “white noise/ quiet room” didn’t even muffle the noise coming from the pool & hot tub area. This is not the experience I expect when I book a reservation to a SPA. Not relaxing at all! The first employee we spoke to was 100% unapologetic, no empathy at all. The manager (?) was there and was willing to give us a partial refund after we asked for a compromise since we DID stay long enough to TRY to make the best of it… didn’t work. Facilities are fine, small but clean, so that’s something. I hate to give bad reviews but when you have a bad experience AND the service is rude & unapologetic, they get one! Thank you to the employee who understood.
