Бар Crisco

A nice place, unique in Florence. Perhaps a little too small, but they have cloakroom service so you don't have to constantly keep an eye on your belongings. The cocktails are average. Nice people.

We came from Sicily to Florence for New Year's Eve and they took me to Crisco on the night of the 31st. I didn't believe what they were telling me—that it was a different, unusual, and very alternative atmosphere, and for New Year's Eve, it was 18 euros, including drinks and coat check. It was really packed, but the music (fortunately) was different from the usual stereotype (you don't necessarily need Britney, Elodie, Annalisa, etc. to be in an LGBT club). I had a blast, and the mood didn't feel like I was in a cruising club, although I wasn't really interested in the cruising area. The only flaws: 1. The Hot movie playing worldwide at the entrance was decidedly outdated and out of place (you don't need to see people fucking to feel more at home in an LGBT club!!!) 2. THE SMOKING: Make a proper smoking area so we don't all have to breathe it in. 3. A few fashionistas were out of place, but that's not the club's fault. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Tuscany. Don't miss the Mood! 💪👍

Amazing location in Florence! Highly recommended! Cool crowd and great team from midnight onwards. Unfortunately, there's a problem. The owner is so incredibly unfriendly, intimidating, standoffish, and damaging to business that he ruins the experience for many guests. He shouldn't be in the place (visibly) and certainly not outside! A disgrace to the gay scene... but the place itself is fantastic!

All we have left is Crisco.

Nice place, but despite the no-smoking signs and a designated smoking area at the back of the bar, smokers are smoking everywhere. It's unpleasant and it spoils the whole experience. It's a shame.

So we have to give it one star because zero isn't possible. We went to this place tonight and were immediately stopped at the door with an arrogant and rude air by the bouncer (who thought he was the owner) telling us that we couldn't come in because women and trans or trannies aren't allowed in the place... I asked to speak to the owner because I'm sure that women and trannies or transgender people are allowed in too. And he too, with an absurdly rude and rude air, told me: "See, look at the men only sign." I then told him that the other time we came in, both us and girls, and he replied that he must have made a mistake in letting us in. In this whole story, the thing that bothered us the most was the politeness and rudeness in the tone and manner. Never again in this dive where they smoke in an absurd way inside and use drugs galore. I really hope they close them down. In fact, I'll have my hand in it for this so they learn good manners and to respect women and not treat us badly.
