Beautiful sauna, conveniently located near Milan Central Station. Clean, and the staff is very courteous and friendly.

Sometimes as an American, it can be tough to travel out of the US, especially these days. But not here. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and kind. The facilities were easy to navigate. Everything worked, and cleaner than you might expect. The cost was very reasonable. The space was spread out so you could take a break or you could relax and actually use the spa and not just cruise for hookups. Thank you Metro Club, our brief Visit to Milano did not disappoint! ❤️

I've got big experience visiting gay saunas in Europe and this one Is among the best. In general Italy has never disappoints me. I barely took off my clothes when guys approached me with flirting. Reception was fantastic, towel and flip flops are provided, receptionist is super hot 🥵🔥 and sexy + welcoming and sweet. Audience is diverse, but all of them come to have fun and enjoy each other, unlike other saunas in the UK for example, where you just walk only. This sauna is super clean as well. When I say clean 🫧 I mean crisp clean, team is constantly washing and cleaning. Another great aspect is music, it plays everywhere, bar is nice , and you get a lot of spaces on three floors. Overall 10 out of 10. Keep up gay sauna culture alive especially in Italy. Gracie milo 💜

I was there yesterday.. very polite and friendly staff at the entrance then also a great buffet at 4.30pm. delicious and hot focaccias and to finish even a good tart for all of us.. hungry after 4 hours of fun up and down on three super clean floors and welcoming play of lights not to mention comfortable showers with mixer at your disposal... not like other saunas automatic mixers that never come out. and also comfortable towels at no extra cost

Discretion is the watchword! Kindness and courtesy are the order of the day. Passing through Milan for Fashion Week! I discovered it by chance, and after a busy week of work, I needed to relax... and so I landed here! The guy at the bar, "Andrea," was kind and friendly (as well as advising me on what to drink and which gin to mix with my drink), never intrusive, smiling, and open to conversation, but always elegant and never rude! Nice jacuzzi, serious atmosphere! I'll gladly return 💪

I was in this sauna today, I hadn't been since 2015, before going I read the reviews, I read some negative comments, instead I have to give them only compliments, beautiful welcome, education and respect, at the beginning I found a lot of mature people, (which I like a lot) then around 4:00 pm even young guys arrived, the sauna is clean, the hydromassage beautiful, and tempting, but I want to give a piece of advice if you accept it... if you put more relaxing music it's even better, I have to cut my p..... if I don't go back... congratulations I had a wonderful day...

A varied environment spread across three levels for relaxing in the hot tub, saunas, and Turkish baths. Dimly lit corridors lead to fully equipped changing rooms and exciting corners. Another level with a bar and tables for socializing leads to a third level for absolute relaxation and a secluded corner for group fun. Easy to get to. Popular with men over 40. Great activity, even during the week. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. We relaxed and had fun.

Always clean and tidy, nice dressing rooms and staff too

Hello everyone I was there yesterday for the first time. The atmosphere was clean (I'm sorry some say otherwise, but it's also up to us visitors to try to keep the atmosphere clean with simple, intelligent rules, like throwing paper in the bins—it doesn't take much). I was a bit clumsy 😜 and, not knowing how it worked, I received a wonderful welcome from the guy at reception, who greeted me with kindness and explained every detail. I will definitely be back for a wonderful, super relaxing day. It's a shame I can't give more stars. You deserve them. 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A truly excellent experience at Sauna Metro. The environment is clean, relaxing, and well-organized, perfect for unwinding from the daily grind. Special thanks to Livio, who stands out for his kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness: always attentive to his clients' needs, he makes everyone feel at ease with his courtesy and expertise. His approach really makes the difference and makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
