Kotor Nest

This is meant to be constructive feedback and not just a rant. The location is great. You are in the heart of the city near everything. Reception folks are nice and helpful. Now, there are a few things that can be improved. The room is not cleaned daily. They provide you with free towels and other stuff if you need, but maybe this could be done proactively? They could change the towels, emtpy trashbins and put new soap/shampoo/toilet paper etc and not clean. I've seen that done in other hotels and it doesn't take a lot of time. There is a coffee machine in the corridor which sounds like a great idea but turned out to be terrible. You can hear everything when anyone talks in the corridor, so people would stop as early as 6am in the corridor and talk while they wait for their coffee. I wasn't able to hear people from other rooms, just the corridor. Wifi is a hit or miss. When connected, the speed is great, but it's getting/staying connected what becomes a challenge. We have a couple of phones (android and iphone) and a laptop, and all of them had issues connecting. The signal was strong in our room, but it just didn't work most of the time and had to rely on our phones data frequently. If you need to do some work and join zoom/teams calls this would be a problem. I even heard someone complain about it (because as I mentioned you can hear everyone in the corridor) and the reception person restarted the router, but it didn't help. There is no tv in the room. I don't really mind but some people would. There is no fridge in the rooms. There is one shared fridge in the corridor, which helps, but having a small fridge in the rooms is something that many people appreciate. The water heater is also a hit or miss, we needed to wait a little bit between people taking showers or the second person would get cold water. The pressure seemed low at times. The desk had a small panel falling down that was taped. If you need to use the desk this would be annoying.

Overrated in terms of comfort, but still nice

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and vintage, in keeping with the old town spirit. The bathroom is separate from the room, but it's part of the room itself. There's a shared kitchen, everything is very clean, the staff are friendly, there's a coffee machine in the hallway, and the rooms overlook the old town. I was very satisfied.

Felt like home from day 1, very generous management and the rooms were quiet and clean. Location is stunning 😍! Central point and easy access to almost everywhere

Everyone is good 😊 We went as Turks, the location is great, the comfort is great. The only problem is that you have to constantly lock and unlock the toilet and bathroom because they are in a shared corridor. Other than that, everything is very good.

Beautiful location in Old Town, cozy luxurious room.

The hotel is very centrally located within the old town. We were very pleased with the friendly staff, complimentary hot tea and coffee, and clean rooms.

Impeccable service

Location is within the walls of the old town. About 15 mins walk from the bus station. The girls at reception were excellent. Extremely friendly. The room was lovely. Bed was big and very comfy.
