Kotor Nest
Visitors frequently praise Kotor Nest for its clean, spacious, and well-located rooms within the Old Town, with many highlighting the helpful and hospitable staff. However, some guests found the accommodation difficult to locate due to an unassuming entrance and experienced issues with the Wi-Fi not working. There are also mentions of noise from church bells and a complaint about a host's unwelcoming attitude towards a specific room preference.

Location is perfect and rooms are nice but it was very noisy in our room from the corridor with people making coffees from 6am which kept waking us up. The shower was hit and miss, sometimes the pressure was too weak for it to stay on. There are building works going on on the ground floor, they were very polite and cleared the area for us when we went past but didn’t know about it before. It is a nice hotel, just a few things to be aware of.
We have booked 3 nights here at Kotor Nest and we were very much pleased. Location is great being inside Kotor, but the true gem is the hosts' hospitality. Location: It is right inside the walled medieval coastal town. Be mindful though that the taxi drop off will be about 1-2 minute walk which does not take any stars at all. There is a plethora of restaurants surrounding it as well as a convenience store closeby. If you plan to hike up to San Giovanni Church, the entry path is near as well. Room: Very homey and personalized style. It is rather clean, warm and inviting. We were here during the start of the summer season and the AC really helped a lot. There is a en-suite shower and toilet, which is a must. Slight noise can be heard from outside if it is very silent, but otherwise not a reason for us to be bothered at night. It depends on the guests that are staying as well. On the whole, the guests and staff were very mindful of the noise when we were there. Hospitality: From the start, we were greeted by our host Adriana and made us felt welcome. Introduced us to their amenities, the living room, dining room and kitchen; basically the shared space. Hospitality can make or break someone's holiday, I'm pretty sure it was the former for us. Definitely recommending this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an excellent stay at the Kotor Nest. We traveled as a large group, and the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs. The text message communication was very effective and efficient. Thank you, and we shall return!
Very neat rooms right in the center of the old town. Good bed and spacious room. The only minor downside is that the hot shower water runs out quickly and/or the water pressure drops. Otherwise, a truly top-notch stay!
Terrible experience. The accommodation did not match what was advertised. There was construction work at the building entrance, with rubble and building materials scattered around, and inadequate lighting in the common areas at night. Upon returning to the accommodation at night, the staircase was dark and in unsafe conditions, posing a real risk of falling and injury. There was no prior warning about these conditions in the booking. There was a constant unpleasant smell in the environment, including a cat odor. The shared bathroom remained dirty throughout the stay, without any cleaning. When complaining to the accommodation, they acknowledged the problems, but there was no practical solution—only an apology. Booking.com disclaimed responsibility. I do not recommend it.
