BLACK MOLD!!! Host has two apartments. He doesn’t care what you booked, he gives you what is available. Here is the room I got(1st pic). I tried to talk to the owner that mold is not ok. He just ran away from me and did not admit that there is a problem. Watch the video of the room and avoid this scammer

Hotel be aware !!!! We booked via Agoda. To a place supposedly called Casa Di Kotor. We ended up staying at this location, which is quite next to the address that we are supposed to stay. The explanation that was given by the staff or the owner, who also seeming to manage the Cafe. Our rooms were ordered booked by another guest who wanted to extent the stay so he offered us a stay at this place.( which itself is unacceptable) Now my observation ( there was similar guest who were offered stays at different locations with different names ended up, saying either not staying at the same place or the booking photos does not show what they are getting) . We stayed in the hotel room just about the café. The room was small. Comes with a queen sized spring bed. The bathrooms were small and dirty. Photo attached. We still did not care. We hardly stay in the room just to sleep. But sleep also we hardly got there was a club that is next to the room. It had loud music and flashy lights. The lights were so brazen even during midnight it was flashing from the bathroom window to the bedroom. The video is attached. In the morning when we woke up, we woke up with an aim. to get out of this place as soon as possible. The manager offered us a cup of coffee for all the torment that we had to go through supposedly paying for a three star hotel. We explained our situation and he was very kind enough to listen, but often nothing in return. When we raised the issues with the person in charge, there was a couple who heard our issues who had similar sounding situation that we were in. The rooms in the picture where they’re booked was nothing like the room they got, and it was full of broken switches and mold. Another common mtheme is probably the not so reliable reviews on Google. So please be aware. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this one just made me.

Nice hotel, quite cozy rooms, helpful personnel, amazing and spectacular view from the windows, the best cappuccino. We enjoy every moment of out stay at this hotel.

Its a group of hotels within the city centre, 10-15 minutes of walking distance to everything within the walls of old city of Kotor. Quiet rooms and good service. Really amazing views nearby for photography and videography
