We came for breakfast and the food was okay but the attitude of employees , I mean servers were really rude , they don’t even make an eye contact , and they are acting weird

An amazing choice within the City Walls. Authentic period hotel with outstanding decor. The staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is top-notch. A very good choice in Kotor.

Went here due to rain to seek shelter. Staff are rude, and could learn to pour a beer to the line. Tides out it seems consistently. Also pay with exact change unless you want them to self tip.

We were in the restaurant, the food is great, especially for the cost, the risotto for my daughter was perfect even without wine, an, my wife liked the squid dish.

the rooms didnt have tea and enough cables and have only armchairs.many .coffee and water on charge. cheap curtains in a historic castle dont match.no decaf, no fresh orange juice. one of a kind simply .breakfast :cheeses and salads very unfresh from many days . definitely not a 4 star in this georgeous castle

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect the atmosphere, the service, and the overall comfort. A special thank you to the manager, Janko, who was incredibly welcoming and made us feel truly at home. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We tried sitting in the restaurant section, and the staff were indifferent, rude, and disrespectful. They even found it a chore to clean the tables once they were empty; definitely avoid this place.

It’s in a great location, a bit pricey but definitely worth the view. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was satisfactory.
