Very beautiful hotel, amazing staff and pleasant stay! Would recommend

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Kotor's old city. Historic building, nicely furnitured, very individual rooms. My favourite: Room No 7 (see video). Great staff, always friendly and willing to help. Stayed there for five days and enjoyed any minute.

Perfect location to explore Kotor. We had a spacious, beautiful suite for an extremely reasonable price. The staff were so friendly and helpful!

The room is clean. The lady at the counter was so nice that she even made us sandwiches from the breakfast when we had to leave early before breakfast. The breakfast is pretty lame though. In our room the bathtub was sort of a jacuzzi in the middle of the main area so we had to all get out of the room while one was bathing. Also this isn't the hotels fault but a restaurant nearby plays loud music each night until 11:00. Location is conveniant

Pretty hotel but some of the rooms are insanely close to the bar next door and it’s impossible to sleep from Thursday - Sunday - staff didn’t help, I literally slept on my friends floor who thankfully had a different room. No help from staff, refunds or discounts to help

Fabulous old hotel inside the old city walls. Renovated, but showing some wear. Location, staff and breakfast were excellent. Note that some websites claim that this hotel offers parking or a sauna; both are false. Nearest parking is 1km away and 2€ per hour. We stayed in a deluxe suite on the top floor and loved it. Highly recommended, but pricey.

Attention, future travelers: if you're here to relax, move on! A nightclub right below the hotel plays music until 1 a.m., so your nights may turn into an impromptu festival. However, for partygoers, it's paradise! On the plus side, the hotel enjoys an ideal location, and the staff is pleasant and professional. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the bedding is good quality. The breakfast is varied and satisfying. In short: a perfect hotel for those who enjoy lively evenings... but not for those who seek peace and quiet and sleep!

A small and unique hotel in the center of the old town of Kotor, very close to every convenient place to get around the old town. We stayed at the hotel during 8.2025. At the beginning of which a unique carnival takes place throughout the old town of Kotor. Big parties, music and a lot of noise. It is important to remember and know: 1. There is no entry for vehicles into the old town and therefore it is not possible to reach the hotel by car, it is necessary to park outside the old town, which is a project in itself to find parking (you can try and help the hotel staff to enter a nearby parking lot). 2. The hotel has 3 floors, stairs, height differences so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues, baby strollers, etc. 3. The hotel has a tiny elevator that goes up to the first 2 floors, we are on the third floor where the elevator does not reach and therefore we have to continue climbing the stairs. In addition, on the third floor the ceiling is lowered and you have to be careful on your head when moving around the room. 4. Basic breakfast is served on the balcony/terrace. 5. The showers in the rooms are bathtubs/jacuzzi, some rooms do not have a shower door. It is worth checking in advance if this is important to you. 6. Rooms on the upper floor - the hotel has lighted openings/windows in the roof of the building, they cannot be darkened, this creates light in the room early in the morning. Some rooms have 2 levels, and contain stairs. Less convenient to use and move around the room 7. Water It is not recommended to drink water from the taps, it is better to buy at the supermarket 8..The hotel staff was polite and pleasant. They tried to help in any way they could.

Great place to stay in the heart of beautiful kotor. Nice restaurants around, even open air disco. Nice design of the rooms. Highly recommended

Helpful and friendly staff, great location, big room but tiny bathroom.Breakfast was very weak. Worst part is the loud music noise coming from the nightclub nextdoor until 1AM. We spent 3 nights, could not sleep at all!
