RiverSide Country Club

We celebrated our wedding at the Riverside Banquet Complex and were unfortunately disappointed. We were charged 300 rubles per kilogram for serving fruit (we brought our own—kiwis, bananas, and other fruits), but the presentation was terrible: the kiwis were served with their tough, hairy skins, and the bananas were simply cut in half, unsightly. The waiters' service also didn't live up to manager Mikhail's promises. We were told the staff would pour drinks and help guests with their meals, but in reality, the waiters were absent for most of the evening. Guests served their own food and searched for drinks. The main hot dishes were a particular disappointment. The duck was raw; when we pointed this out, the manager merely shrugged and insisted that "that's how it's supposed to be," even though it was inedible. Most of the salads were heavy and very mayonnaise-based, and the food overall was greasy and looked much simpler than the establishment advertised. When it was time to cut the wedding cake, the guests asked for tea. It turned out that tea was "extra charge," even though it wasn't listed on the menu. After agreeing that tea would be an apology for the raw duck, they finally brought us some tea, but it turned out to be just cold water. A special note: the complex is located by the river, and there are a lot of mosquitoes there, but no one warned us about this. Bring mosquito repellent if you decide to celebrate here. Ultimately, the place left a bad impression: the food didn't match the price, the service was almost nonexistent, and the manager's promises were empty. For this level of event and budget, we expected much more.

The hotel is 2,000 years old, and no one is planning on renovating it. There are a lot of minor inconveniences.

We celebrated New Year's. The room with a balcony was fantastic! The breakfasts were fantastic! The grounds were fantastic! The reception, cleaning staff, and neighbors were fantastic (we simply didn't notice them). The only issue was the lamp on the bedside table (it was so dim it was impossible to read, and there was no switch on it—you had to plug it into an outlet). And our New Year's Eve celebration in the hotel restaurant was something we'll remember forever. We never thought it would be this great...👍👍👍

Great place to relax, everything is fine, the service is the best! The room is the best! I recommend!

An excellent hotel with a great location. Close to the main attractions (we walked a lot), yet the area is very quiet and peaceful, with fresh air and a riverbank. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The rooms are small, but clean and cozy, and there's Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts are delicious and filling; you'll definitely not go hungry. The waitresses are very sweet, welcoming, and helpful. We're especially grateful to Ksenia for her tips on where to go and how to get there. She was a great help!

The entertainment complex includes a hotel, a spa, a sauna, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), an artificial (plastic) ice rink, jet skis (for river cruises), a restaurant, and much more. It's a great place! But, unfortunately, children under 18 are no longer allowed there. Which is, of course, very sad... 🥺

We booked a sauna two weeks in advance for December 24, 2023. They sent us a booking confirmation on December 22, asking if we were coming, but on December 23, they wrote back, "Sorry, the saunas are all booked." Another mistake (this isn't the first time we've been ripped off). I realized the client is the last person there, since anyone could bribe the administrator and get caught at any time. Terrible customer service.

Everything is great, especially the interesting New Year's decor on the ceiling, thanks to the decorator Olesya, and the guys are great too.
