A wonderful hotel! It lives up to its reputation. We stayed with our family and a child, and both we and our child were completely satisfied! The rooms were clean, the cribs were very comfortable, and there were steps for the toilet and potties. The interior decor was reminiscent of European hotels. The breakfast options were also wonderful, delicious, and varied. Delicious dishes, high-quality ingredients, and our personal thanks to the chef for his hospitality and attention, especially to our little one! We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip and recommend it to our friends and family!

The hotel is excellent; it has a restaurant and a coffee shop, and it's close to supermarkets and other restaurants. The neighborhood is safe, and the hotel staff are very respectful. There's an employee named Elias, I think he's Chechen, who is very respectful.

The hotel is beautiful both inside and out. The staff is polite and helpful, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere. It feels peaceful. There's a spa area, a sauna, a small pool with cool water, and a gym. All included in the room rate. We chose a room with breakfast. Breakfast was varied, and the cook, Arbak, was extremely unwelcoming. He made sure everyone didn't eat more than their allotted amount, even though there were no restrictions on what or how much to take. My daughter is a very light and picky eater, and she loved the pancakes. When I went to get her a third pancake, the cook said, "Aren't you full of pancakes yet? Your daughter has already eaten all my pancakes!" What's this???) I didn't try to justify myself to the chef, but I realized he was keeping track of everyone's orders and how much they were taking, and then he'd gossip with other customers about someone drinking champagne in the morning, someone else eating too many pancakes, etc. So when you go there to eat, be careful, order your food before the chef sees you, otherwise he might ruin your mood with his comments in the morning. Or book a room without breakfast. That's why I'm taking off stars!!! Otherwise, I liked everything: the room, the gym, the sauna, and the spa administrator were absolutely amazing; she showed me everything and explained everything.
