Beaufort Hotel - Инвернесс

The hotel is very well located and the staff are very welcoming. The room wasn't great at all, perhaps because there were three of us. The sofa bed was truly awful! The window couldn't be closed, and the bathroom tap was completely loose. The breakfast was quite substantial. It was £16 on arrival, but £18 if you took the time to think it over and changed your mind! Not great either, luckily it was only for one night...

Nice room and building. However, an exceptionally frustrating 2 nights’ stay. The walls are paper thin so I only got a few hours sleep the first night due to snoring and chatter next door, and in the morning I was woken up by drilling and sawing outside my door. I was promised they weren’t going to be doing the work the next morning, but it happened again. Not at all well rested - exhausting and frustrating stay in Inverness.

One to avoid. Rooms are dated and dirty. Manager is rude and sarcastic. Location is good but there are better options in the area. They charge locally incorrectly to their communication. Lamp shade broken. Carpet dirty. Cobwebs in room. Downstairs had a refurb and ok. Front is uncared for. Bins exposed on car park. Rat run under fence noticeable and not nice. Breakfast overpriced and poor quality.

No elevators so keep that in mind if you have heavy suitcases you will have to carry up the stairs. Very small rooms. Walls seem to be thin so you can hear even next door guest talking

Stopped here since we had two hours before we could check in at another place. The staff was remarkably kind and service focused. Bar selection was good and a strong selection of whiskey. Appetizers were very good. The baked bri and cranberry was wonderful.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Inverness, a short walk from the centre. However, on arrival we found a blood stained towel had been left in the bathroom, the tap on the bathroom sink was loose, the carpet was horribly stained and the room had a very strong scented smell. When we spoke to the general manager about this issue, he couldn't smell anything and seemed reluctant yo help. We asked for additional towels, and they were delivered to the wrong room. The service from the general manager was very poor, however the service from the young chap who was there when we went for breakfast was fantastic. A big thank you to Kian. Overall, probably wouldn't stay here again and I don't recommend it.

Bedrooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Better than in pictures!

We slept five people in a family room. The room was romantically decorated but small. Little space for suitcases.

Stayed here for 2 days, all staff and owner were very kind and interactive. Room and breakfast were great. The location is amazing the city centre is just a couple minutes walk downhill. If i ever were to be in inverness again i would definitely stay here again

We have been up in Inverness on contract work, we were recommended this hotel by a friend. We have stayed here for four nights . The service has been out standing, all the staff has been really good and friendly. Jonathan has really looked after us , while we have been there . Food & drinks 🍸 ten out of ten . Will definitely recommend this hotel 💯👌🥂 Regards Zack
