Room was a little small for my American expectations. And a little warm. But the service was way above anything I was expecting. Jonathan (manager) was super welcoming. The waitstaff at the restaurant were also exceptional.
Oh what a fantastic 3 day holiday in Inverness where the incredible staff of The Beaufort Hotel couldn’t help me enough!! I switched my booking at the last minute needing ground floor room due to mobility issues. I can’t recommend this place more! From superb location, great bar & restaurant (freshly cooked breakfast each morning), delicious cocktails every evening until we were ready for bed, professional and friendly concierge who became my friends and the cherry on top was large outdoor patio area with even a lighted sphere to have privacy if needed! If you plan to visit Inverness, Clava Cairns, Culloden Moor, Loch Ness, enjoy great Scottish music all over town, don’t hesitate to book here and tell Roslyn, Jonathan or whomever answers the phone that I sent you!! Will be back as soon as I can! My hearts in Scotland!!!
Was here for lunch today with my friend. We had soup and breaded brie with cranberry and then haddock strips and lasagne. Johnathan recommended the lasagne and it was really delicious. Kian also served our meals and two other female members of staff checked on us to make sure we were having a nice time and everything was OK. Very friendly. The restraunt was clean, decor lovely and overall a lovely place to eat. Will definitely go back.
The manager was very friendly and polite upon arrival, the food was great and the staff were really nice
When we arrived at the hotel a warm welcome met us. Wr was asked to come back for 3pm to check in , the looked after our luggage. At the set time of 3pm the room was not ready , finally 40 minutes later we got into our room. On inspection the room was dirty, the shower was broken and only a small amount of toilet roll. We did complain, very nicely. The manager or so he appeared to be looked shocked apologised, we was told our shower would be looked at the next day. The next day it was still not great to use having to hold it rather than use the hook for it, cleaning didnt look any better. Staff apart from said manger are all really hard working and really friendly, I wouldn't recommend the Beaufort Hotel to stay . Think it needs some tlc and a manager that works rather than walks around looking like hes busy.
Not a happy customer, room was dirty, bathroom was full of hairs all over and shower was awful, very tatty overall finish. Manager at first seemed friendly but treats his staff with complete arrogance and disrespect, all night the noise from neighbours was outrageous, Only positive was the very polite and hard working ladies at the reception, and the food was very good, not happy how much I paid for this at zll
